an international businessman and Chairman of the World
Trade Centers Association, you have been involved in
promoting and facilitating trade in hundreds of countries
for thousands of companies worldwide. You have provided
leadership to others who have been instrumental in creating
innovative services for international businesses, working
outside of politics and across international boundaries.
Your
leadership in such organisations as the World Trade
Centers Association and the Union des Foires Internationales
shows your remarkable commitment to bringing together
businesses from all nations of the world. As the UFI
representative to the United Nations, you have shared
your knowledge of international business with many developing
countries and were recognised by the International Council
of Caring Communities. You have promoted the exchange
of information and experience between industries and
have justly received numerous awards for your work and
expertise.
Even
with your commitments around the world, you have been
mindful of your country and its unique needs. You have
served on the local boards for the arts, culture, education
and government. All of your achievements have been accomplished
with dedication, determination, and sacrifice. They
are of lasting value and great benefit to the global
community.
